2-3 Minute Anime

I've never really been into anime, but this one is great because the episodes are really short. If you don't understand it, skip it or watch it again. It's on one of the morning TV news shows in Japan, which is where I usually watch it, so I think it's aimed at adults too.
1 Minute Manzai
Manzai is probably the closest thing in Japan to stand up comedy, usually performed by double acts, with one person playing a silly role and the other a serious role. I used to watch this every day on a morning news show, it's good because the videos are within one minute. The website has recently broadcast videos on it, it looks like lots are available on the Japanese Hulu, but maybe one video a day is enough, which you should be able to get from this link.
Bananaman - Sketches
One of my main sources of 'study' when I reached an intermediate level
- some bits are funny to watch even if you don't understand the Japanese
- Bananaman are now one of the most popular double acts in Japan, they are on various TV show pretty much every day
- this is how they cut their teeth, doing 'konto', or sketches

Jinnai Tomonori
At the time of writing, my favorite Japanese comedian
- he was recommended by some of my university students
- his comedy is like manzai, but instead of performing with another person, he usually interacts with some kind of pre recorded voice
- some examples are computer games, the voice of letters he's reading (as a postman) or an ATM
